CKY is missing or a control looks stale
- Check the supported host and that CKY is enabled in Chrome.
- Confirm the installed version in
chrome://extensions. - Reload CKY, then refresh all trading tabs.
- Reopen the CKY menu and check the account tier.
After an update, mixing new extension code with old open pages can produce misleading behaviour.
BUY or quick-buy did not start
Check the paper balance, active account, chain, contract and available MCAP. Wait for the coin context to load before clicking once. A quick-buy requires a readable identity and quote; the badge should not be confused with a native real BUY button.
If it still fails, note whether the coin opened, whether the balance changed and whether a trade record exists. Do not keep repeating BUY to recover a missing panel.
A position seems missing or duplicated
Open Dashboard → Trades and locate the full contract and session, including any previous close. Check the same account on the other platform or portal. Tickers and images are not unique identifiers. Record whether the coin migrated and capture the before/after page addresses.
Do not clear storage, reset the paper wallet or buy again as a repair step: preserve the evidence first.
Markers or average lines are missing
Check the Settings controls for markers and average lines. Reopen the matching token page and verify the chart’s price/MCAP mode and timeframe. Inspect the recorded position in Trades separately from its visual overlay. Native chart settings and CKY overlays are different controls.
PrePump pill or highlight is missing
Confirm Elite access, Signal Calls and Highlight PrePump calls. Check the pill duration and exact contract. An expired pill or absent feed card is not evidence of a new signal failure. Another coin with the same ticker should not receive the highlight.
Login or minimum-version prompt
Use the displayed Discord login action. Do not sign out repeatedly or share tokens. If a minimum version is required, update the official package, reload CKY and refresh all platform tabs. If access remains incorrect, report the tier displayed and the time, without exposing account credentials.
Send a useful report
Use your existing authorised support route. This public website does not submit a ticket.
- Extension and Chrome versions; platform and chain.
- Coin contract and page URL; whether migration occurred.
- Exact steps, time and expected versus actual behaviour.
- A cropped screenshot with identities, wallet addresses, balances and private notes hidden.
- For antivirus warnings: exact detection name and affected file, not a request to disable protection.
