This draft covers the proposed CKY Tools public website. The legal controller identity, contact address, jurisdiction and privacy contact must be confirmed by the owner before release. The CKY public brand is not a substitute for that information.
Public browsing
This frontend introduces no analytics, advertising pixels or email collection. Hosting and security logs, existing authentication cookies and third-party destinations need a separately verified inventory with purposes, legal bases and retention periods.
Proposed review accounts
Discord sign-in would use a verified provider ID and a chosen public identity. Google sign-in is a future option. Neither public review identity nor a submitted review should require TAC membership. These features are disabled in this revision.
Rights and retention
Before activation, define access, correction, deletion, objection and portability procedures, the competent supervisory authority, data processors, international transfers and justified retention periods. No unverified response time or compliance assurance is asserted here.
