Does an alert place a trade?
No. It records qualified market information. You decide whether and how to act. CKY Paper Trading provides a separate simulated practice flow.
Why did Free start above 2X?
The first eligible observation can arrive above the threshold. It is still measured against the original call, not the first Free message. The system does not invent intermediate updates.
Why is ATH above the current market cap?
ATH is a maximum recorded observation; the market may have retraced. Latest observed context, if present, has its own timestamp.
Is 5X a 400% or 500% gain?
A five-times observation is 400% above the original reference. It is not a personal return, and displayed values are rounded.
Why did an update arrive late or not appear?
Verification, provider availability, transport failures and notification settings can affect visibility. Check your existing channel access and app notification settings. Do not treat a missing notification as a new call or assume that repeated clicks restore a market event.
Are security fields a safety guarantee?
No. Token contracts, liquidity and markets can fail. A source indicator cannot remove the risk of loss.
Where do I get help?
Use the CKY Support Center and the existing authorised support route. Prepare the token contract, message type, visible timestamp and what you expected. Remove account details, private links and secrets from shared screenshots. The website’s future ticket form is not operational.
